PACER TEST for 4th & 5th grade Students

Progressive-Aerobic-Cardio-Endurance-Run

The PACER, also known as a Multistage Fitness test or Beep test, is a 15 meter (or 49 feet) or 20 meter (or 65 feet) run between 2 markers. At Juanita Elementary, since the gym is small, we used the 15 meter PACER. On the 15 meter PACER Score Sheet, there are 13 Levels with 7 to 11 laps for each Level.
